Every time I decide to smoke a joint, my puppy likes to bury his nose in the sheets or just in his paws until it's done.. He really dislikes the smell of dank. He doesn't mind bong hits since the smell isn't constant... Anyone experience anything like this with their pets?
I have a husky, he used to do the exact same thing when I smoked cigarettes. But I quit just over two months ago and reefer smoke doesn't seem to bother him at all. He will lay his head in my lap while I sit on the couch and smoke a blunt. But with a cigarette he doesn't even want to be in the same room Sent from my iPhone using Grasscity Forum
I have a cat who is weed detector cat. She loves the smell and usually will cuddle with me afterwards.
My dog used to come running into my room whenever I pulled out my bong and started chopping my weed. She would sit on the floor in front of me smiling and watching with seeming interest. I always thought that if she were able to speak, she might say, "hey, are you packing one for me too?" . Really though, I think she liked my weed smoking in an empathic sort of way. Dogs are very good at sensing the emotions of people around them. She saw that I was happily smoking weed and she naturally wanted to share that happiness with me.
Seems my dogs are also naturally high & even happier when I decide to join in on how they already feel.
