does wet buds?

    do wet buds get people high. i smoked a bowl of this stuff after letting it dry for 3 hours and it was a little wet. and this bud is crazy looking. however its not getting me very high. maybe its creeper pot idk. i got ripped off to cause it was damp so it was really clumpy and felt heavy. however this is not dense buds at all. god damnit im so pissed right now. sorry people its just very frustrating to me right now.
