Does weed lose potency quickly?

    I have like a 4-5 gram stash that I've had for maybe 2 months.

    the problem is that I only smoke like once every 2 weeks (probably less than that) because of sports/school.

    it's kept in a zip lock bag, but should I be worried about it getting noticeably "weaker" while it's sitting around?

    Put it in an air tight mason jar and leave it in a cool dark place and you'll be fine.

    If it dries up it will, so like the dude above me said, buy a tight mason jar or a jar that is tight at top. I got one at wal mart for 5 dollars, has the plastic on the cap so it's air tight.

    well it wont lose its potency but it will dry up, i had a couple grams that i forgot about and when i found it, it was way dry but when i smoked it, wow i was completely stoned haha

    Actually it does lose potency, by oxygenation psychoactive chemicals break down into less psychoactive forms. As said before, an air tight mason jar is your best bet.:wave:
