Does weed effect your short term memory?

    Im talkin to the people who use on a daily basis, do you find that your short term memory fails you sometimes? or you misplace things more often?

    thoughts?

    Seems to happen to me a fair amount.

    Yes when I'm in the shower ill wash my hair 2 or 3 times cause I can't remember if I did or not

    O well ill take smoking and super clean hair :cool:

    No, not permanent short term memory loss if that's what you're asking. While you're high, yes, because the THC interferes with processes in the hippocampus in you're brain (which controls what you remember and what you forget).

    Somewhat. Your short term memory is effected drastically while high, and slightly for up to 24 hours from the last use.

    Nothing permanent.

    If im high, then yes, because when your high your short term memory is impaired, slightly (varies on person to person). If im not high, then no. However if your high all day everyday, then your memory is slightly impaired all day everyday, hence why some might mistake as a long term permanent effect, yet it is just because your high.
