Does the width of the downstem effect how hard you hit

    If your downstem is too wide will it affect how hard you can rip on a bong or bubler? Is it better to have a narrow or wide downstem, or does it not matter?

    yes. if its too thin then it will draw too hard once you build up resin, but if you clean it a lot your fine. if its too thick, then its not good either cause you have to pull more air through to burn the weed. if your trying to make a downstem, i usually say the width of a cheap pen like a bic is perfect. bic makes plenty of toking tools
