does the 7-day total body cleane from gnc work?

    iv been thinking about getting the detox from gnc that is 40$ its a 7 day cleanse iv heard mixed reviews... has anyone used that stuff to pass a drug test?

    Ugh been on probation for a few years.

    NONE of that crap works if you smoke more than twice a week.

    Water, antioxidants, fibers, and plenty of water. Did I mention water?

    I think the fluke situations where they do work are just people literally being in a fluke situation... it doesnt really make sense that a cleanser would somehow flush all the oils out of your fat, because thats where THC is hahaha.

    If its a pre-employment non lab test, just dilute... If its a lab test, start taking copious amounts of creatine (workout supplement, completely safe in this application unless you have an allergy too it, of course) 2-3 days before the test, then the day of dilute heavily and take a B-complex vitamin (so the piss is yellow)

    nothing is fool-proof besides abstinence man, and the only way that will definitely get out of your system somewhat more quickly is a good amount of exercise.
