    I already got interviewed and they gave me my name tag. I just have to go to an orientation on the 22nd and they say I start the 26th. Do I still have to worry about beinggn tested?

    I would agree if this didnt happen to my a friend of mine. But it was for a construction job so its a bit different then a supermarket.

    Oh if their contract states theyre subject to random drug testing then yes it can be administered at anytime

    The company i work for doesnt administer them unless an accident happened. And even then, they need to get a lot of legal done for anyone in our company to agree to a test. Its our right to say no unless we sign saying yes.

    People need to read their contracts.
