Does my plant have root rot?

I raised my blueberry autoflower in a 5 gallon bucket with cfls, until I made a new bucket to let her stretch out. The problem is she has been a but droopier that she used to (especially if I dont water it every day) and I also noticed some discoloration of the leaves. Right now shes in a 44 gallon trash can with sidelight strips and a cree cob ufo, and I feed her fox farms foxbloom and grow big every other day.
