I think it matters more when comes to shatter or wax mix three good strains on a tool. Blown! When comes to mixing flower I can't tell
They can indeed potentiate each other or make one that doesn't last too long last longer. I would sometimes mix a strain that doesn't last that long for my liking with one that lasts all day and it will give me a long lasting high with the more of the effects of the first one
