Does it really matter?

    I know my is used for Vegging and hps for flower .... but does it make that big of a difference using both or would I b fine just running an hps

    Many, many growers do the entire grow, soup to nuts (well, hopefully pistils, not nuts), with HPS.

    I use a HPS all the way, with great results

    If you dont want to use HID for veging CFLs are also a nice cheap alternative.
