I was wondering how hard to come by (if posible) is the next thing: a lamp o light system that can be used with a 75 watt MH bulb for veg, and then change for a 75 watt hps for flower... Does it existe, how expensive would it be. Will it give off too much heat? Thanks a bunch, thinking of retiring the fluoros after the first grow if i can get better lights for little money and keep electric bill the same...
HIGH All, hey ganjaman.....the lowest I think they grow is 360 watt Conversion Bulbs which replaces a 400w....never heard of a 75watter.
I've seen (and own) a 250w switchable ballast and light kit with both MH and HPS bulbs (one socket, can use only one bulb at a time). That's the lowest I've seen.
