Does anyone reuse rockwool?

  1. Just ring it out? I bet there are a lot of nutes stuck in it. Just let the old roots rot ?

  2. I believe you can! If you have a couple, just try carefully taking one apart and pick out the old stuff. Make sure to remember how it goes back together! What's your setup like?

  3. I think it would be too much trouble....the old stem will take up most of the square, and any diseases will transfer. And if you think about it, why let 50 cents interfear with a healthy grow?

  5. No way in hell :) OldGoat nailed it. Diseases, root rot, and it's rumored to also cause gonorrhea.
