    Let me cross post a picture and see what the Hive Mind thinks.
    Does it scrape off like scale?
    Are the lighter holes transparent and stripped of chlorophyll ?

    Your general location, Treatments used so far if any ?

    Any Hoppers sucking the leafs
    Look up leafhoppers pretty sure that is it

    Looks like maybe the work of a cucumber beetle?

    Could be Conidia are the spores responsible for the reproduction of the fungus.

    Wherever you live I know its not in my area. Ive dealt with outdoor gardens for years and ive never seen that
