Does anyone know what this is in my nut water?

    Hello,
    I make nut water with MaxiBloom 7g per gallon then 1 or 2 days later this stuff shows up on the top of the water.
    water i use is DI/RO water at max 1ppm.
    I have added ph down and baking soda to adjust the ph.
    then i see this crap on it and the water smells rotten a little. is that normal? and or wtf is this crap on it?

    Do you have oxygen going into it.....like an air stone??

    I don't know what MaxBloom is........but I KNOW "organic shit" no pun intended....needs to be aerated...

    no , no air stone, this is my holding tank for the nuts i make then i fill up my dwc 5 gallon tanks as needed. but there is a water pump inside mixing it up every 2hrs for 15min. Maxibloom is a from general hydroponics , its a powder mix vs the 3 part liquid formula.
