Does anybody know what kind of insect this is?

    I've been finding these in my flowering outdoor plants where the budding area is turning brown. They are really tiny and fly. Could these be killing my buds? Please help. Thank you all.[​IMG][​IMG]

    IDK, but is that a radioactive symbol on its back? LOL

    Its eating my buds because where i find them at the buds are all dried up any idea how to get rid of them
