Does anybody else here ferment veggies/make yogurt/kefir?

  1. I've recently got into the hobby of making kefir and I'm fermenting some cabbage right now to make homemade sauerkraut. I'm thinking of making Kimchi but right now I'm looking mostly into yogurt and kefir. I haven't started fermenting dairy yet but I plan to by the end of this week :hello::wave:

    Also..what should I have for dinner...

    I have..

    salmon, chicken salad, tuna sashimi? lol not much I know..but of the 3.

    I'm thinkign salmon.
