Like i get this strange thing sometimes. The only way i can explain it is that i flash outside of my mind for a secound and can see my self from the front. For example once i was making out with this chick on my futon and we had are heads pressed together, and suddenly i could see myself from her perspective, like i could clearly see myself. This has happened my whole life, it only lasts for maybe a split secound but it is like i am "outside" my mind looking at myself as i am that day. It is always from the front too i can. Sorry if i explained it poorly. Does anyone else get things like this?
Sounds like an outer body experience. A lot of people work hard to achieve that! If its bothersome though you should see a doctor, maybe. Its not normal but if it doesn't bother you I'd say enjoy it lol.
I have heard similar stories from several people and I myself can empathize with a similar unexplainable feeling that has been life long. Perhaps it is just any number of chemical imbalances that could occur. But unless its incapacitating just ponder on it and perhaps enjoy the self induced trip?
