    It could just be outdoor weed. It could also look like that because the grower didn't take the neccesarry steps to make it look as good as it possibly can.

    If your not sure grind all of it up and throw it in with some dank, its not like its gonna kill ya :)

    I don't know what you'd consider "dodgy"... but it does look a lil schwaggy and uncured.
