Well do you? I lift every mon,wed,fri,sun and play soccer on thursdays so I try to stay in shape and keep my body fit as best I can.
I try to do pushups and crunches every other day. I bike everywhere so my cardios pretty great, I got away from a bike cop a couple weeks ago (not that I had anything on me if I got caught) got the pukes afterwards tho . I'm still really low weight hard as I try to gain. Up to 142 from 135, 6 months ago.
I have a membership to a gym in town I normally just run, bike, do crunches and do some toning stuff, I'm not into lifting I don't want big muscles or anything like that
I run 2 miles every morning through the local graveyard, I swim around 9 miles a week, I lift at a 24 hour spot after workmonday, wednesday, friday. Thats about it.But I am one of those people that really enjoys working out, fulfilling
i do push exercises mon, wed, fri i do pull exercises tues, thursday, sat sunday off.. been workin out since Nov 2005. also i every night (mon-sun), i do 500 ab crunchies.
I run 2-4 times a week, sometimes less, but it's all seasonal, once the first frost hits, i pretty much stop untill spring. I need to work on getting a solid routine down, but work has been really hectic.
Eh, I've been doing more and more crunches as of late. Since I quit smoking, my metabolism has been off, especially with the amount I eat. I maintain decent biceps and such just by doing pullups on the ceiling beams in my basement room. I still maintain a relatively thin midsection: Rasta_Man, I'm with you. I like to run, and I want to now.. But when the weather goes below 50 or so.. I am not really up to it. Maybe I should invest in a treadmill?
I workout...no routine really. I do various things to work out tha bod...I have abs like Durchii's, actually mine are better, haha, idk, but im not posting pics of myself, lol. Been trying to bulk up since high school...with moderate success. Most of the time though, I do nothing. I'm no gym rat per se...But I am always trying to improve myself...If nothing else I'll do some push ups and stretch pretty much every day.
I used to work out, then some people died, i got really depressed, and i stopped. dropped my weight down to 132, when i came out of it, i shot up into the 180's, and now i'm back down to 150, which was my playing weight in high school. i could use some firming up though, so i've been thinking of going back to the gym, just havne't gotten around to it. been too busy with work/school, and then i hurt my back, just haven't been able too.
I workout 3 times a week and I do cardio 3 times a week. One of my favorite times to smoke is right when I get back from working out and youve just pushed yourself pretty hard. Plus I dont know if its true but in my mind I think the more I work out the more I sweat and the more I sweat the more THC I lose so I have less tolerance.
Yessir. I workout, Walk all the time jus cuz im on my feet all the time. When im workin a job its always physical work. I dont really watch what i eat though. I dont drink much pop though, Shits horrible for ya. But i drank 40's and liqour, Eat pizza and shit i dun give a fuck. Ima big dude and got muscle to back my shit up i aient jus some fat guy ya know, Im big but got my muscle, I wouldnt say im built but i got my thang goin. If i could quit drinkin so many damn 40's i could get ripped but im straight lol.
lol. Leave my armlet out of this. I wear what I think looks nice. Normally I'm a black/silver fan (C'mon, super sweet combo).. But my sister gave me that red one... SO I wear it occasionally.
Of course.. I have a four day split, monday-chest/tri's, tuesday-back, thursday-abs,biceps,shoulders, and friday-quads,hams,calfs . im at 155lbs and am benching 205 squat is up to 245 dead lift is 295. hard work but i love the thought of change and in this case my body. babes love it hahahahah and in all this i still have time to toke yaaayya
Kind of a stocking that I upgraded with a thumb hole. My sister gave it to me a few weeks ago... It's laying on my couch right now... I think I'll.... I was going to say something but I completely underestimated my ability to stop myself. Night.
