do you use nitrogen in the flowering phase

  1. I have autoflowers before you start to answer! They are doing alright for my first grow but i have a question about nitrogen... I read there is basically no need for nitrogen in the flower phase is this true? So should i stop worrying about nitrogen all together or should i add some?

During flower, I run about 2 parts nitrogen. I am using calmag that has 1 part nitrogen in it as well as a Booster that has 1 part nitrogen. My plants seem fine. I was using Flora Nova Bloom, but I felt it had too much nitrogen in it for my plants. I switched to The basic Flora series with 0 parts nitrogen.

  3. This may be a stupid question but you use the basic flora series in conjuction with the cal mag and booster correct?

  4. I'm also using Armour si and Liquid Kool Bloom. I'm right at harvest. I do not use the grow or micro.

  5. I understand not needing the grow in the Flora series, but isn't the micro necessary in conjunction with the bloom so the plant is supplied with all the necessary elements necessary for plant growth?

  6. I am within weeks of harvest. I really haven't noticed any Micro nutrient issues. This is also something I have thought about as well. I really have enjoyed the Nova series, but started to notice about 3 weeks ago that I was having Nitrogen Toxicity when feeding my plant's full strength Nova Bloom

  7. After sleeping it on it I decided to go back to Nova Bloom. Starting at half strength.
