Depends on your definition of slick. I view someone being slick as either being able to manipulate a situation in their favor, or being able to lie n get people to believe the lie to the point where they side with you. Both are qualities of women

Another way would be slick as in creative, and i definitely don't think of women as not being able to be creative.
