Do you have to wait a week after transplanting to switch to flower?

So I have been told not to turn my girls as they are at 4.5 Weeks into veg. They two bigger ones are 16" and the little one is 10". It has been 2days but they have still had growth of 2.5" since going organic. So can flip tge girls and 12/12 or 14/10?Keep Smokin
