Say if I drove to New Jersey, could I pick up a MM card(I have existing conditions that would allow me to do so - spondylosis) to use there, or do I have to reside in that state?

  4. Well I was just hypothetically saying Cali. I would really be traveling to New Jersey. Any ideas on that?
