if it is the smaller leaves growing directly out of the bud, and they are covered in little crystals then yes. If it is fan leaves you are speaking of, no. They are better used for hash

 

Can't place my vote because it depends on the leaf. Big fan ones no. Little one comin out of the bud, you can catch a little buzz. Nuff said.

I can get pretty blazed of my sugar leaves...but my fan leaves ive never smoked...i use those for food.

 

I voted no because even though its not specified as such, the question tends to revolve around the fan leaves where the THC is trivial and is best processed by making oil or hash.
