So before I get flamed I want to say yes rape is a serious issue and shouldn't be taken lightly, but I've talked to a lot of girls who say their first time they didn't want to, or he took advantage of me or something. I find it hard to believe all these men forced these girls to do it. I think maybe the girls had second thoughts about it, but he talked her into it and after she regretted it and said he forced her to do it.
Nope. I believe I took it at the Washington National Zoo, but it may have been the Balitmore Aquarium
plenty of guys do take advantage of girls but i do know girls who have lied about stuff like this and said a guy forced her to have sex with her when he 100% didn't...she just had a boyfriend so she was mking excuses so i don't know
My ex raped me in the ass when I didn't want it, I had, still don't no desire too have ass sex, (it's just too gross....) So I guess that's rape in a way, I remember in high school, jr year I think? I got way too drunk at this rager, and this guy was tryin too pin me down and shit while making out with me, I ended up puking by the couch but he still wanted too make out! I was like...no and ran to the bathroom Other than that....no I haven't been raped, plus I have mace yo.
Do we really want to even venture here? This is quite a touchy subject and I really think this isn't the place to discuss it.. lol
According to the FBI approximately 8% of rapes reported to police in the U.S. are unfounded. And I'd imagine that figure would be much higher for individuals that claim they were raped but never reported it.
I guess pandora a box is a better place to put this. And I find the whole legitimate rape just as disgusting as the next person. Just in my experience that's how I've felt
I don't understand how it's rape if a girl gets drunk and then has sex with a guy. If she consented to it I don't see how it's rape. No one made the girl drink. I could undertsnad if the girl passed out and then someone had sex with her, but if she's not then it's total bullshit to call it rape.
Really depends on the girl, I guess. I know this bitch (she doesn't live near me anymore, but sometimes we talk over skype. and I'm not using bitch as a derogatory term for women, she is actually a bitch) who was kinda depressed recently, so one night she got hammered and went to a party. She was like blackout drunk and her friends said they saw her in bed with a guy and they were both partially undressed. She doesn't remember anything, but she told me and some of her friends that she got raped. That made me so fucking angry, like you could power a 15 light grow op if you could transform my anger into electricity. I really hate the fact that it can be called "rape" if the girl regrets it the next morning. Like "oh, got too drunk, fucked someone you regret fucking, and don't want the world to think differently of you? Just call it a rape". The fact that rape can (and sometimes, is) be used as a tool for revenge is fucking disgusting. Like I'd rather someone accuse me of robbing them at gunpoint than of raping them. Rapists are on par with pedophiles and animal abusers in the eye of the public and in prisons, so even if I did manage to live through my jail sentence, my family and all potential employers would look down on you so much.
Exactly. Rape laws are total bullshit and whenever I hear someone getting charged for something like that it makes me wonder what is going through the prosecutors mind when he takes the case. Does he/she actually believe you can't consent to anything when youre drunk? If that's the case then you can't charge drunk drivers for driving drunk or causing an accident since they have no control over their actions.
That's a great point, never thought of that. Though the laws on drunken sex vary from state to state, like some if you're drunk you can't consent while in others the victim being drunk automatically dismisses any claim they make
I'm sure there are plenty of alleged rapes that end up being fake... Duke Lacrosse team any one? But I'm sure, there are plenty of rapes that go unreported, cases where women never come forward. Especially in certain countries where rape victims aren't protected by laws, and where it's shameful to come out and admit that you were raped.

I didnt want to do it but, well, hey did it. it happens.
I don't understand why America has these nonsense laws. Also, I don't understand why people get charged for statutory rape when they didn't know the person's age(person looks older or has a fake I.D.) It makes it hard for a guy to get a job or live somewhere if people think he would rape their daughter or is some creepo.
I was raped while I was drunk. I didnt want to do it but, well, hey did it. it happens.
I'm sorry to hear that but you made the choice to drink. It sounds harsh but why does you being drunk invalidate you saying yes? If you never said yes that's a different story. And I think if a rape accuser is proven to be lying, they should get the same penalty the rapist would've.
Did you consent while you were drunk? I'm not syaing women cant be raped while being drunk but if she consents it's not rape.
