Im new to growing i have 2 x 18w 6500k fluro's in a box around 1mtr long by 80cm's high by around 60cms deep, i have ran 13mm piping as the main piping and ran 4mm off the main with drippers attached, i coated the inside of the box with aluminium foil is this ok? Will these lights grow it for the vegetation cycle or will i need more power scotty. im runnin a 70/30 mix of perlite with vermicultre also is this area sufficient for a drip setup? because i want to add a pump here is the pics
looks okay to me...it IS going to get tight in there though. Aluminum foil is not recommended as a reflective surface because (from what I've read) it causes hot-spots that can burn the plant. Mylar appears to be everyone's first choice, but White Paint is only slightly less reflective.
