Was wanting to to get someone's opinion made this tonight 12.5 grams to 40 ml vg 100% cooked on 160 to 170 for about 4 hours strained through cheese cloth.
Looks good to me.I'm assuming you decarbed the weed before you did the infusion. At this very moment I am vaping using my VaporBrothers desktop with the left over mash from my VG/PG infusion. I decarbed then did the slow cooker for about the same time as you and I used about 5 ounces of bud and about 1200 ml of the VG\PG.Used a nut bag,300 mesh.Kept the decarb bud in the bag while infusing and did much pressing and stirring to make sure all the THC had a chance to get infused.Then after I had squeezed out what I could I put the mash in a container and am vaping it,nice buzz.Once the mash is all gone I can put a few drops of the VG\PG liquid on some not so strong bud I have and that works well in my vaporizer. Keep up the good work and now get wasted PS:don't forget the Lecithin!
Holds up very well but I just keep a small mason jar on my counter that I use as my everyday go to jar.The rest is kept in the fridge in a couple of jars for later use.I also have about 750ml of MCT done the same way but only with 4 oz of bud.Just did my second to last TBSP of olive oil infusion,about a TBSP left,and then onto my MCT.I have 2 bowls going for my vaporizer,1 with GG#4 and the other with the VG\PG mash.Won't be doing the olive oil again and the VG tincture will last a long time because I am just using up the mash first.I can either put a few drops of the vg in my mouth or put a few drops on some bud and vape it after the mash is all gone.Lots of choices and choice is good,
Cheese cloth...? That’ll leave tons of contaminates. Why use VG/PG? We’re in 2019 not 2016 man. PG/VG taste like shit without terpenes added and even then. Just use straight terpenes and you’ll have the best cartridge of ur life.
