Do smaller plants mature faster?

    I was experimenting with trying to flower a really young clone (maybe 3-4 weeks) that was about 5" tall. I noticed that it started getting frosty and showed bud production about 3-7 days into flowering, while my bigger plants are just starting to show bud production at about 10 days. Is this normal? I had the clone under varying lighting conditions (15-24 hrs/day) with no set schedule.

    Any ideas?

    i find that true as well, old post but interesting to see . I have done exactly what u did, imean exactly, same strain as well. My results are exactly point blank to yours. Medium plant about 4 days behind, large plant 6 days behind the tiny ones, by trichome color.

    Hahahah 2 year bump:p I don't belive a smaller plant will reduce flower time

    No it doesnt I have had tiny plants with big 4' foots in the same grow and they mature the same.
