Just curious,,,,I have been pinched a few times by the cops,they just take my joint or what little bag i had on me at the time with no reprocutions,not complaining ,,,,knock on wood,,,,But how can they turn it in with no arrest???? i know the fuckers are smoking it!!!If its not mandatory we are getting screwed,I bet a high presentage of them would fail .Maybe this would help the movement if they had to be tested.Just my thoughts,...would like to here yours cheers...
