Do people that live in the ghetto recive weekly mail?

    Title pretty much says it. I'm talking about like bad areas in big cities. And when I'm talking bad I'm talking absolutely horrible parts. Where E.M.S . Doesn't even go.

    I send out gansta awareness flyers into the ghetto, making sure they are aware of the new gangsta shit in todays ever changing world. This weeks special article was "whose corner is whose?"

    fuck the USPS we puttin our avian brethren to work...it dont come weekly but we get mail out here

    yes.. thats how they receive their bills , checks, whatever else may come through the mail
    not unlike you
