their light was shit and they did not honor the "90 day money back guarantee" I sent the light back immediately after using it only once. They said it was not in like new condition--which it was. I got ripped for over $500.
Did you buy on a credit card...not a debit card. On credit cards you can do a charge back if you call your carrier. They place the charge in dispute and usually credit back the amount you charged.
