The general internet seems to have a lot of confilicting answers varying from nearly all jobs test, and then others say none, and other sources say most jobs say they do but don't really test. So let me know what your experiences have been. I have never had a job I'm either going for a: internship regular low level unskilled job (restaurant, retail, etc.) I have been told it is better to go with small businesses, but there are not many in my area. I'd rather not give it up for 2-3 months.
most resturaunt jobs wont if im not mistaken. i work at a fancy upscale resturaunt and they didnt test me.
it depends. my first job didnt but my second one did. most corporations will drug test because they have the resources to do so. smaller places may or may not. you have to realize drug testing costs money and smaller places wont want to pay $60 for someone they might not hire. it also depends on where you live, more conservative areas (like where i live) are probably more likely to test than more progressive areas.
If it has to do with driving a company vehicle, yes. If it has to do with working with clients that have a history of subtance abuse, yes. Some employers will tell you during the interview that they drug test as well as background check.
My work doesn't test. Hell I got employee of the month and I come in 5 minutes late every day reaking of bud, they actually had to pull me out back and spray me down with febreeze a few times.
I was actually checkin craigslist I think it should be fine. Most of the jobs are no drug test, if there is it shouldn't be too hard to fake. Buy some piss online, plastic bag, heat pad, tape, done. Now I just gotta choose one that is sorta fun and it would be a plus if I could be high while there because even the best job gets boring over time. My top picks would be paintball ref gamestop-probably impossibly hard to get parking cars at a fancy restaurant- get to drive some sick cars a few feet college job- good pay, easy, convenient any job outside would be chill
