From what I understand, I can plant the seeds in orgamic soil (with gravel at the bottom of the pot for drainage), leave them under constant light in a very well ventilated room all throughout the vegetation stage and then when they're ready to flower replant them outside so they get the cycle of day/night to make them flower. Harvest and dry out. Is that the basic procedure? These are some questions I have: 1. For a small grow (2-3 plants) would one flourescent lamp be sufficient to keep them under (I know it's not of ideal quality) 2. Is fertilizer a must? If so, what kind and can I get it in a store? 3. How often would I water? 4. How can I tell when they're ready to flower and ready to harvest? 5. Once they're flowering outside, how far away would someone be able to smell them? 6. What steps should I follow when I clip the plants with scissors and is there anything else I'm leaving out? I'm very new to growing. Thanks!
It would take forever to answer all the questions you have but, I would have to say to you to read up on the subject on the sticky threads located at the top of the forums Like everything that lives it will need food/fertilizer My first book was the Marijuana Horticulture and I will have to say that it will get you up to speed with everything What I don't understand is why would you want to move from indoor to outdoor? Is space an issue Oh and DO NOT go cheap on the lighting or you will be very unhappy The plants need thousands of lumen per so I would invest in many more GL
