Do i really need all these supplements?

  1. nope typical beachbody trying to make as much money as possible. When i did p90x i purchased one supplement, the recovery drink. You honestly don't need any of that stuff, it's all an attempt to make money
     
  2. Yo, I'm almost done with P90x for the second time, here's my advice.


    Pre-workout: jack3d, bullnox, and monsterassult. Just switch between these 3 supplements whenever you finish your pack, as the body tends to get used to each supplement decreasing the effect.

    During workout: Reaccelerator, same company made from bullnox, gives you a nice boost of energy during your workouts so you don't tire out as fast.

    Post workout: Endur4x. This is an amazing recovery drink, and you can even mix it with a protein shake (what I do is 2 scoops of endur4x and 2 scoops of monster milk, you get your daily protein intake and a good carb to protein ratio from the endur4x). Also, kre-alkalyn 1500, it's the most stable creatine out there, and it works. You won't develop water based muscles like from monohydrate, instead it's real strength developed inside. You won't notice a considerable amount of mass, but you'll feel stronger regardless.
     
  3. For p90x a multi-vitamin, and whey protein are all you need. You're really not breaking down enough muscle tissue doing those exercises to need more.
     
  4. Its actually a insanity/p90x hybrid. I'm doing p90x 1 day, then insanity the next day and so on. I also noticed i can barely keep up, or do like anything near what the people in the videos do... I'm not fat or anything, but damn... Is it normal that i had this much trouble with it my first day?

    Damn man if its your first time doing either of these I recommend you do 1 at a time lol that sounds like Hell , Have fun in the morning op!
     
  7. Is it bad that my stomach is like spazzin (shaking in a weird way) after all this? It feels kinda good lol
