This is my first post so I’m not sure how to start but why I’m here is obvious. Weed. So I’ve been smoking every day now for around 6 months. I still go to school but me and a group of boys still find the time to bun a zoot everyday. All my mates have stopped smoking now and they’re telling me I should to. I have quite bad anxiety and whenever I’m high I just feel fine, nothing bothers me. When I’m not high I overthink, panic and get nervous, often about if I will smoke later on that day because if I don’t smoke sleeping sober is a pain in the ass. I also feel like smoking brings my mood down on a whole, makes me less motivated, I can tell my short term memory is getting worse by the day and I also think it plays a big part in my anxiety. I assume the people who read this will know a considerable amount more about smoking weed so is cutting down the right thing for me to do?

Yes, you should cut back or quit entirely. Ideally you'd wait until you're 26 to smoke.

If you still want something to smoke, consider getting some high CBD hemp buds. The CBD may also help with your anxiety.

  3. Is it effecting your work.

  4. Grades haven’t exactly dropped but it’s preventing me from working harder. Where I go out and smoke, i don’t revise. So in that sense I guess u could say so yeah.

  5. If the cons outweigh the pros.....I'd think about quitting

  6. I'd keep on blazin
