Do I need to buffer this coco before use?

Hope this is the right place to post this but I'm just about to start my first grow I've got the seeds germinating and a 50 litre bag of cyco lite coco/perlite mix.

My question is that on the bag of coco it says that it's been washed and pre buffered so is it still worth buffering it in a calmag solution or should i be fine without it?

If I was to buffer it how much calmag per litre of water do you think I should use? Since it's already been buffered should the dose of calmag be lessened?
