Do I have to renew registration?

    Hey guys,

    So I have been told that you must renew your registration with the medical marijiana program annually. However, on my ID card, it says it is valid through 2019. Would I be able to go to my local dispensary with my card (which is apparantly still valid) and purchase stuff? Or do I have to do the annual renewal even though my card says otherwise.
    It has been over a year since I have used it. I am in MA if that helps. Many thanks xo

    Should you A.)call the dispensary and ask, or B.) call the people who gave you the card and ask, or C.) ask random people on the internet? Helpful hint, 2 out of 3 answers are correct.

    If it says it doesn't expire until 2019 you're valid. There should be a website or number on the recommendation that you can call or check the website to verify it's still valid.

    Thanks, I appreciate it. That's what I thought but I just wanted confirmation. Sadly the office for asking these questions are closed for the weekend, and I needed my prescription today. Better safe than sorry. Thanks again :)
