    It's hard to tell. Can you post closer pictures of the pre-flowers?

    Yeah I know there's stick and balls for a male but I still can't tell kinda newbie. I'm pretty sure the bottom one is a female because I can see the pistols, but I'm not so sure about the other one I can't tell if it just hasn't started to show its sex fully(like pistols not coming out yet but I don't see balls.

    It also may be too early to tell. Unless you're about to switch to 12/12 and go into flowering I'd give it a little bit. How old is the plant?

    Top picture looks like a dude, bottom definitely a sexy lady. Just wait and watch. If you don't see 2 hairs come out of the "pod" for in a few days then it's a dude.

    You will know if it's a male before the pods open up and begin to pollinate. Trust me.
