do i clean my bubbler?

    ive been smoking for a while but always have used bong/pipe. always used iso/salt to keep the bong really clean but never clean pipes. which catagory does the bubbler fall into? other than obviously keeping clean water in it, do i iso/salt it? or do i just let it go like a pipe?

    Yes, clean your bubbler? My friend let his bubbler go and was about to throw it away. He offered it to me and I was hesitant because it was so trashed with resin, but I took it anyway. Smoked once with it dirty...never doing that again. The taste was terrible. Spent like 5 minutes cleaning it with iso and it was near perfect.

    I would also try a bath of mouthwash near the end of the clean...nice flavor the next time you toke. :)

    yea I also have a bubbler and I have to clean it like once every 2 weeks or so. idk how people stand it when it is not clean. You may also want to get some pipe cleaners or like a paper clip because in my bubbler resin always get stuck in the steam even after i have soaked it for 24hours.

    Before mine was confiscated... fuck... I would let is soak in a Salt/Rubbing Alcohol for a couple hours and then drain it and put in some new mixture. After that I like to let it sit in some water.

    If its glass use an iso/salt wash.

    I think you get better results if you cover the carb/bowl/mouthpiece with fingers and shake vigorously for a couple minutes. Then rinse, fill and repeat.

    Will the alcohol in the mouthwash make a difference? I'd be scared it take some THC. I assume after it's relatively dry and it would be set ablaze anyway it'd be fine, but I just want confirmation.

    I've never had any problems. Mouthwash is only like 20% alcohol so its not dangerous. As long as you don't use Bacardi 151 you should be fine. :)

    I've actually never smoked with mouthwash as my filter water. Would be interesting to try (maybe like 20/80 mouthwash/water?). I've only used it as a pre-wash for a session. And like I said earlier, I rinse first so there is only a hint of mint.

    I'd never put any mouthwash in my bong, I spend to much money on weed for THC to be taken away. I just wanted to rinse my bowl quickly through the mouthwash. Thanks for the help.
