Anyone at all can get laid at pretty much any age. But there are several good reasons to choose not to.

Every guy I ever met that had kids before 18 looked more like a loser to me than any virgin. Really, it's just not smart to have sex until you are at least done with high school, and are making good money. Too easy for something to go wrong.
