Do germinating seeds need fresh or ventilation?

  1. I am germinating some seeds and im wondering if its ok to use an air tight container?

  2. ya but i would open it once in a while.

  3. they need humidity more than air circulation at this point ...

  4. personally, i dont touch my germinating seeds for two days. I have a very high germination rate :p

  5. my best germination technique is to place seeds in lukewarm water for 12 hours then place in a airtight container paper towel method for another 12 hours I usually put it on top of my T.V and most seeds show taproot but I wait another 12 hours to let taprrots get a inch in lenght placed in soil all seeds popped in 12 hours so estimated time was 2 days best technique so far
