  1. do fans have anything to do with the growth of cannabis

i know they keep the temp down but does a fan play any part in the growth of cannabis

people who have already seen my threads i now have a fan in my grow room also their now getting 12 hrs of light

  2. helps develop a strong stem.

  3. and push Co2 around the room if your using it...

  4. nope aint using co2 i need some yeast

  5. It moves the CO2 around even if you aren't using it. The air around the plants leaves will become more O2 rich if the air is not constantly being moved around by a fan. Air movement also makes it harder for any mold/mildews to take hold.

  6. The answer is YES. Air movement is important. Would you want to live in a musty closet with no air movement? No. You have to cover your bases though and have intake (passive counts) and exhaust.

  7. i didnt quite get the last bit

  8. a passive intake, is just a hole.... he said it counts as a intake

  9. So you need a fan pulling air out of your grow (exhaust) and you also need new air coming in (intake). Intake can be as simple as holes on a lower portion of your grow that allow air to flow into your grow room(passive intake). Make sure that light can't just come through these intake vents b/c during your flower cycle this will fuck up your buds.

  10. rippin one hard or your grow.
