Do dealers have hours of operation?

    I work at night and go to college during the day, my dealer is the opposite. I really want to smoke today but the only time i'll have available to stop by his place is like 8 o clock in the morning. He lives with his room mate who grows the weed he sells and his room mate's a lazy fuck lol (good grower though) and i don't know if its really nice to come by that early. I've come over before and we've had to keep real quiet because his room mates still asleep at noon. so what do you guy's think? im thinking of txting him "i know its early but can i stop by real quick?".

    Different dealers will work around different times, and you have to remember that their life doesn't always revolve around dealing either, they live just like anyone else.

    Best thing to do is to send him a text just like you said, if he doesn't reply he is busy/asleep, if he says no, then just ask him when the best times to pick up from him are.

    he lives in university funded housing, he's not willing and i'm not willing to risk his school career so i can smoke up today :) or mine for that matter if im caught using or selling drugs on school property

    As Faulkjuice said, I'd say it's different person to person.
    I mean most that I've known don't do it as an occupation, they also have a "legitimate" life too.
    So yeah I'd say they have hours of operation.

    its worth a shot to ask.
    but i wouldnt expect him to drastically change his day for you.
    unless youre planning to drop a few hundred bucks...

    if you hit me up for a gram knowing i was usually busy during that time...
    id probably just ignore the text.

    When I was pushing the only time i wasnt down to go drop a bag (or even better if its being picked up) was if I was asleep or doing something important. And half the time if a call woke me up I'd still serve the customer.

    Why are you asking us? Everyone is different, you cannot group all dealers together they are people not stores

    Tell your dealer your availability and see if you can meet up when you are both free.

    not really officially but i learned my dealers schedual lol he works 10-6 except on wednesdays and sundays so i've kinda gone by that.. and he tends to do a lot of unmentionables soooo he's up most nights :p

    If that's the only time that works for you and you have good rapport with your guy, then he shouldn't have a problem waking up early if you give him some time in advance.

    I'm sure most are within normal hours of 9am to 9pm. Typically that's what it's like for me. Colleges are usually a little more eclectic because of all the parties, and most dealers hosted balling parties and thus the hours of operation went late into the night.

    It's just different for every dealer.
