Do carbo-loading products acutally work?

  1. So I have been trying to find a use for some of the medical supplies I get for my condition. These supplies are bags of various solutions, with the main ingredient of dextrose. Dextrose is another name for glucose, which is the simple sugar plants produce during photosynthesis. These bags contain 15g/L, 25g/L or 45g/L, which seems like a lot, but I have no idea. I have seen people add 10g/L of molasses as a nute, so I am assuming the concentration of glucose in molasses is extremely high, like 90% of total weight.

Well, I have been trying to understand a lot of the products that are created with similar ingredients, things like DNF carbo load and Humboldt Honeyload, among others. Also, there is the OG method of adding molasses. Do these products work? Because I throw away the equivalent of 2 L of this stuff every single day, would be great to use it.

    Any thoughts?

Here's some pics of my current bud, a little small so I want to bulk it up. Sorry they are huge and I am not saavy on how to get them to display smaller.

  2. Bueller, bueller.....

seriously, no one uses these products?

  3. I have issues with using "additives" fro hydroponics.
IMHO there should be no facilitating microbes in a hydroponic system.

    "Just the Rocks" please.

I would like to hear from other growers on this topic.

  4. I am currently using mollases in my last 10 days of flower and seems to be fattening them up. RO Water + Mollases in my AERO setup and thats it.
