hello everybody this is a light rig i made from information i found here on the city i was wondering how effective you all think it would be in a 2x2 scrog? PBR anybody?
should definitely be enough for a cfl grow, just replaced ours with a massive strip light, but we had close to that many for a grow twice the size
Very cool. the only thing I can recommend is brushing on a little liquid electrical tape over the wire posts.
good call for the wires ^^ the plants did fine under the cfls, but they were waaaay hotter than the tubes are and the cords were getting a bit out of hand, we had them spread out over 3 plants so the cords and light hoods started to take up too much space, we are having to lst them already so the space the tubes save really helps, plus the hood was only 10 bucks and the two lights were another 10, would saved a bunch of money just starting with them, but learning is half the experience

can you pos supplies used and some directions for construction that is exactly what i need man. i would love to grow my one plant at a time with that
I just bought all the fixtures and wood for the frame from a local jerrys. The light sockets are in the electrical section. And I just used 2"x1" for the frame. I wired the lights with heavy gauge speaker wire and just bought the cable used for the power chord. And the wire holding the reflectors I'd just some medium gauge electrical fencing wire.
