Hi yall, Just a high moment : What if you took ducting from your exhaust, line the inside with pantyhose then fill that shit with activated carbon, maybe seal it at the opening on the end, but i don't even see the point in doing that even. Anyone see a flaw in this that i don't understanD? Any feedback is appreciated
That essentially is what a carbon filter is. But you need to allow for the air to flow through the carbon and exhaust out, you can't seal it up. There are several DIY carbon filter threads here on GC, I suggest following or modifying an existing plan rather than trying to re-invent the wheel only to end up back at the same place.
