Wayyyyyy too far from the light, if youre in veg around 16 (40cm) inches would be ideal. LED runs a lot cooler than hps and mh so dont be afraid to let yoyr plants get close to it. The further away it is from the light will cause stretching and will later cause problems for the overall strength of the plant. Once in flower if you are too stretched out your buds will be really hard to trim because they wont be nice and stacked up on eachother, hope i helped.
