The guy I want most is on the other side of the world. If he were any farther away, he'd be closer. Anyone else know the feeling?
nope sorry I cant say that I do but i do know the "distance" in a sense of poor communication. . but keep your head up , just thinkof it this way, we're all in this world together, sooner or later youll get a chance to see/ be with him....as corny as that may sound to you.
I think about it everyday. I'm going to study abroad out there for a year and then he's going to come out here. I can not wait.
I know the exact feeling. Last year my.. well she's not my girl but she is, you know? It's complicated. Anyway she went to Ireland as an exchange for a year. She gets back TODAY! It's been a whole fucking year. I don't know how I've handled it. But yeah, so she's getting back today, and I'm doin the 10 hour drive down south to see her on Friday for the weekend. I can't fucking wait. It's hard when they aint there, but.. you just gotta keep truckin on, man. Maybe write him a letter?
That's so cute! I'm so happy for you! We talk for hours everyday, but it's just not the same, you know?
Thank you Yeah for sure, it's like, when you can't look into their eyes and know what they're thinking, it can't be the same... Phones just don't cut it haha. But it's great to hear their voice... keeps you going, doesn't it. You'll get through it, it's obvious he means so much to you; distance can't break that sort of love. hope everything works out
I have a fairly negative view on long distance after two VERY good relationships completely dying after distance was applied. And this was all over just school breaks, a 3 month break tops. The first was cursed by outside issues on her side, but they didnt help Most of the time, especially if its gonna be long distance for a large percentage of the relationship, its doomed or not worth it. I would try to find my range limitations and time limitation to apply to a situation and I wouldnt stray from those guidelines unless in an exception.
