    Unbelievable comment by the DEA:
    "DEA Special Agent Jose Martinez told the Los Angeles Daily Journal that the letters
    weren't meant as a threat but as "an education process" for the public.    " wtf?

    fucking awesome! I'm so glad to see the MMJ community gaining ground legally, hopefully the DEA will be outta the picture by the time medical hits NY.

    Yeah, every shop they mess with should be filing a similar suit, asking for all seizures to be returned as well. Way to go Mr. Shaw, the GC jury is on your side.:hello:
