Hello everyone, I live in Oklahoma and am planning to open a dispensary. My question is.. Will i be able to also hold a commercial grow license and grow in the same building as my dispensary or will this have to be 2 separate buildings and 2 separate people with license and 2 separate businesses? I know this is all relatively new in Oklahoma and a is still being worked out. but anyone with experience that could share a little insight, that would be great. we are just trying to get ahead of the game so to speak and find our building.
It also depends on what guidelines have been set for Oklahoma. Each state could have their own set of different regs.
It doesn't appear that sq788 said one way or another so we will have to wait for the OSDH to finalize the rules.
